Hello i keep getting messages from INTRUM about an outstanding fatura from 28.44 from MEO.I asked them proof but they told me to go to MEO office.So i went to the office in Loule mal and asked for it.The friendly lady had a look in her computer and told me there were no outstanding bills.What do i do now i already stopped my contract in februari this year so i dont have acces anymore to my MEO

It does not appear on MEO’s side because it is already in the hands of Intrum. You can always contact Intrum on +351 213 172 200.

Ofcourse i did already contact them Their reply is that they cannot send me a copy of the bill.For that i need to conract MEO and than the story starts al over again.Now i am not refusing to pay it  all i want is a bill from the amount

Here at the forum we are just customers, try to contact MEO again by calling 16200 or 961 001 629
