+1I am a new MEO customer and recently had my fiber modem installed. The data is working well. But the package I have is supposed to include a MEObox 4k, and the technician did not leave that box, unless it is somehow built into the fiber modem.
Is there a way to report this problem through myMEO, or will I have to make a phone call? I do not see a category of service request suitable for “something I should have received is missing”.

When subscribing to an M3 or M4 Package, with TV, the offer of 1 MEOBox Android TV 4K, is normally included, (Except in some specific cases or if you opt to purchase a TV, with MEO app, in exchange for the Box, which is why I asked this question), check your contract to see if it mentions an offer
So make a complaint to Customer Support, or at a MEO Store, to receive your missing MEOBox
You can watch your MEO TV (Channels and Contents), included in your service, by other methods and possibilities offered in your Service, without the Box
On your TVs, you can install the MEO app on your TV (Android TV, LG or Samsung) compatible, or Boxes (Android TV or Apple TV) compatible. You can also use RF TV, a Coaxial connection from your Fibergateway to your TVs, to see the main channels, available for all TVs, without a Box.
On your mobile phone, tablet or PC, at home you can also watch TV on your devices, completely free, using the MEO Go app (MEO Go website for PC)

When you joined MEO, did you choose to purchase a Smart TV, with the MEO app?
It is very strange that they have not installed the MEOBox 4K on their TV, and configured the Box if it is included.

I did not purchase a TV with the package, but it does include TV services, so I assume the box is needed in order to view channels on my own TV.
