I signed up to Disney+ on Saturday 19 april. On Sunday after talking to both Meo technical support and then Disney technical support, I was advised that my Meo box does not include the Disney+ app. On Monday I changed to a new Meo box. I spent time on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday trying to connet the TV to the Disney+ app without success, using all of the internet enformation that I could find. Today, Thursday, I had a long conversation with Meo technical support, and finally discovered how to make the connection. So I can now watch Disney plus. Unfortunately there is no sound on the Disney+ channels and I have tried every possible combination of keys, channels help lines etc with no success. I have sound for all ther normal TV channels. Just Disney+ (which I am afraid is now Disney-).
PLease tell me how to resolve this. Thank you.
