I signed up for a new contract yesterday on the telephone, but when the contract has been sent on sms, the details are wrong - name and address are incorrect I have tried to call but no one is available who speaks English (the order was placed with a colleague who spoke good and english). I need to change this somehow.

I tried the helpline but they route me to an english auto attendant and then cuts me off with option 1. Is there an email account/contact?

Have you tried telling Automated Attendant, "Speak to an Assistant"? So you can be directed to speak to a human assistant? 

There is no email address for Contact, you can only contact the MEO Support Lines, create a request in the myMEO Customer Area, or go to a MEO Store. 


I do speak to someone but they do not speak english then route me to an english auto-attendant, select option1 and it cuts me off after a message in Portuguese.  I’m in the UK so cannot get to a store.

So unfortunately there is nothing more I can do and suggest 

Try calling again, and you may have better luck next time, and be able to speak to an assistant in English.
