In November i took sports tv subscription, but now when i call them for cancellation they said i was taken annual package now i have to pay for one year. Is there any solution?

It is probably because you subscribed to a Annual pack with some promo. 2 solutions:
Cancel now and pay the rest of the year,
Enjoy the rest of the year and at least enjoy the service.
Since it’s a sport TV subscription it is a sportTV issue, Meo can’t do much about that.
