I am selling my house at the begining of March and will be returning permanently to the UK. My Net/Voz contract runs to October or November. The FAQs do not cover this situation. How do I terminate my contract without penalty under these circumstances? If there has to be be an exit charge, how much will this be?

You can create a Request and check the exit charge on your myMEO customer area.
Click on Profile > MEO account details > Select > Retention period.
Thank you ana_Paula. Not quite as you state but I got there in the end! I now know how much I may have to pay to terminate my contract early. However there is the question of “Salvo em situacoes de justa causa”.
Because I will not be purchasing or occupying any property in Portugal as I am returning to the UK, I cannot use the “Terminate and start afresh option” open to most property sellers. Does selling a property and leaving Portugal altogether come under the “Salvo em situacoes de justa causa”.umbrella. I can find no clarification of this particular situation anywhere.
