Desculpe for writing in English, but I only speak pouco Portuguese.


I originally registered with MEO with the email address I used when I bought my SIM. I forgot my password, so I clicked the link to reset it, but I NEVER received an email with instructions I have tried many times. Also, when I asked to receive a SMS to my MEO phone #, I never received the link to reset my password.


I called technical support yesterday, and after being on hold for 20 minutes, I was disconnected.


I have had to reregister with a different email address to send this question.

Have you checked that the e-mail hasn't gone to spam?
I suggest you report the situation via the requests in your myMEO customer area, or by calling 16209 (check your tariff).
