I HAVE LOCKED OUT MY PHONE AND NEED TO RETRIEVE THE PUK NUMBER .THE SMS SENT FROM MEO CANNOT BE RECEIVED AS THE PHONE IS LOCKED. THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IS USELESS AND I CANT RING THEM AS I CANT UNLCO THE PHONE . IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO GET MY PUK NUMBER? I AM NOT IN PORTUGAL SO CANT GO TO A MEO SHOP FOR HELP

If you have the product registered at mymeo you can find there the PIN and PUK:
Consultar PIN inicial e o PUK
If not, you have to contact the support team with another phone.

i have the same issue right now but i dont have another phone to call them from. is there seriously no other way to link your phone number to your meo account?
