There is no customer support email address, as this would be impractical. There is a contract termination platform, but you need a Portuguese citizen card (via gov.pt authentication) to request termination.

You can cancel by creating a request in your my MEO customer area, under Customer Account > Terminate Contract (or something similar, as this is translated to english it may not be 100% accurate).
I did that, but the app needs to send me an SMS to the Portuguese number and that does not work. Is there an email I can write to?
