Hi

 

I have paid my bill by banking transfer. But my connection is blocked. I can not call or receive messages nothing. Altough I habe paid. I am outside of Portugal so I need an email address to contact and unblock my contract

There is no way to contact by email. If the account was blocked, it will be unblocked automatically a few days after payment.

When was the deadline to pay? And when did you pay?

There were two payments open, deadline for the whole bill (for 2 months) was 26.07.

 

I have been out for three months and just came back yesterday and straight paid. So they habe received my amount today.

 

I hope they will unblock soon I am even not receiving messages which I do often when I log in in to my bank apps and whatever..

They gave me once an email but I do not remember anymore... was like recibemento.meo@telecom.pt..

 

Something will "Invoice in portuguese  after .meo@telecom.pt
