wifi isn't working

Hello,    My wifi isn’t working. It stopped working on Sunday. The green lights are on. Can someone help? I’ve tried to download the Smart Wifi App but as my phone is British I can’t access the app. See attached picture. I’ve restarted the router a couple of times and looked at the available manuals but I’m unsure what to do next. I live in Lisbon, Sao Bento. Is this an area failure or is my router broken?    Thank you  J

Modem sem problemos

My modem has a failure. Can someone advise please?I can’t get in touch with the team and no one is calling.  I normally can turn the power off and it works -- but now I have tried many times but it’s still not working.  Thank you
