Router Password

I tried connecting to my router using the credentials meo/meo as described online but this failed. I also tried admin/admin, which is pretty common on routers, but this didn't work either. Does anyone know what Meo is using for their router credentials these days?

Tentei ligar ao meu router usando as credenciais meo/meo conforme descrito online, mas falhou. Também tentei admin/admin, que é bastante comum nos routers, mas também não funcionou. Alguém sabe o que a Meo está a usar como credenciais de router atualmente?

In the Fibergateway 6 (latest versions) the default Wi-Fi acess Credentials, Name (MEO-XXXX) and Password, they are the Same as default Administrator Credentials, User (MEO-XXXX) and Password, to access in Fibergateway management page, in the 192.168.1.254, or the MEO Smart Wi-Fi app

In older versions of Fibergateway it was that is User: meo and Password: meo

Note: You should hide the QR Code on your Fibergateway Label, as it reveals your Wi-Fi Name and Password, and hide other private informations

Hello @pwsteele

You can find the Username and Password to access the management of your Fibergateway on the label that you can find on the base of the equipment.

The username/password on the bottom of the FiberGateway are the wifi credentials, not the credentials for managing the gateway itself. It does give the IP address to connect to the gateway but not the credentials:

The user/password shown here are for the gateway's wifi credentials, and these work as expected. On my friend's gateway when I connect to 192.168.1.254 I can login to the gateway using meo/meo. He has used the administration page to change the default wifi credentials to something easier. Other gateways I've used default to admin/admin for the gateway administrator credentials. I don't know if the installer changed the administrator login credentials during his installation visit but it's definitely not meo/meo. Is there a way to reset the gateway to use the default administrator credentials?
