I have a M3e (TV+NET 500+VOZ) and want to terminate it as I sold my apartment.

The contract were setup by my property management agent which I don't have access to the account as I don't have mobile number of Portugal to set up my my meo account and associate the service contract to the my meo account.

Please advise how can I terminate the contract or check if you received the termination instruction from my property management agency.

Here on the Forum you cannot cancel the Contract, as we are just Customers here and cannot handle anything, and we do not have access to information from other Contracts

Is the contact in your name or in the name of the property management agency?

If it is in your name, you can make the Termination of Contract request, at a MEO Store or in the Order area in myMEO, log in using your personal data. Please note that if you are within the loyalty period, early transfer may incur costs. If it is on behalf of the property management agency, you should ask them what method to do, and whether they will handle the matter for you.
