Difficulty Accessing Certain Features on My MEO Account

Hello,

 

I am having some issues managing my MEO online account.  I can't seem to access "my billing history" or "update my personal information" .😣

Every time I try to "view my past invoices" , I  am getting an error message /  the page doesn't load properly. I have referred my MEO App - the easiest way to manage your MEO accountsplunk documentation guide but still need help. 

 

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any known solutions that I can try to resolve this?

Does the page show an error?

That sounds frustrating! Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if the issue persists? Sometimes, certain features don’t load properly due to cached data. If that doesn’t work, you might also want to check if there are any ongoing system maintenance updates from MEO that could be affecting access.

There are no maintenances going on the myMEO customer area.
