Very slow download and upload debit on my fiber connection

Hi all, my Router is connected on a Fiber connection whihc should be giving me at minimum 400 if not 500 Mbps….

I am hardly getting 70 both ways. and this is when I am plugged via cable (6) directly INOT THE ROUTER. Obviously when I am going via WiFi it is even lower than that.

Can somebody give me any reason and how to resolve this ? 

I cant find any place on this internet site to get MEO support…. NOBODY THERE seems to be the tune here.
