Top-up days left

I have a WiFi router with a MEO top-up sim. Topping-up works fine with de Novobanco app. My question; I'm looking for a way to see how many days I have left before I need to top-up again.

  • I dont see it in the app (tbh; then why do I even have the app..?)
  • not at https://login.telecom.pt/
  • the service bot in the app isnt very smart
  • I cant seem to send an SMS using the ZTE router (although I can read some MEO SMS's) (something like: *#123#, or 'SALDO')

Seems something very basic to me, but I cant figure it out :/

Register your product (in this case your phone number) in the costumer area. 
On top of the page “MY meo”, do your login and follow the steps.

I indeed see my Internet SIM “Net Movel” there (its the right number). Oddly enough the Saldo read €0,- which is untrue since I’m using its internet right now - and I just added some yesterday via bank app. And again, I cant find any end-date

Is it pre paid Net Movel, can you specify which pre paid tariff you have in that card? 

Cause could have difference. ie: Free Prepaid M Móvel

  • No loading required
  • Includes €2.50 initial balance on communications
  • Calls and text at the same price for all networks €0.text (plus €0.29/day of use)
  • 3GB+€5 bonus on the first 3 top-ups

If it is this one, you are probably using the plafond.

If you are not sure what tariff you have, either have this information in your customer area, or alternatively call commercial support 961001620 (support line in English).

I bought a sim that came with the divice, with 10 euro initial budget. (I hope this helps?) On the day I started using it I added another 40, so on the 12th of sept, there was 50 euro on it (although: SALDO on my.meo says €0,- ?)

Data is unlimited < this is stated in my.meo

Other than ‘payment Movimentos’ there is ZERO info to be found - do I guess when it runs out? Do I just let it run out during my work day, and then up it?

Check internet usage using the dial code *#123*99#
