sim card cancelation

Dear MEO,

Warm greetings.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received. Despite multiple attempts to contact your support team through the app, phone calls, and in-person visits to your shop, my request to cancel my MEO account has not been resolved. I have not yet received any confirmation email regarding the cancellation. 

This experience has been frustrating and reflects poorly on your customer service. I have already disposed of the SIM card and would appreciate immediate action to confirm the cancellation of my account.

Here in the MEO Forum we are only customers, you can create a cancellation request in the myMEO app and follow the status of the request.

Hello, thank you for your quick reply.

I know we are all victims here, with bad customer service and leading on with no English speaking service when it comes to terminate contract. Been finished 2 years and just need to leave a country.

Got several calls saying "sorry I can not speak English well, you will recieve another call in a moment."

And that moment never come.

You don't need to call MEO customer support, you can simply create an online request in the myMEO customer area, you can translate the page with Google Translate.
