Outdated Router Replacement (GR241AG Wifi5 instead of GR141DG Wifi6)

I am quite disappointed with the support I’ve received. Today, my Internet stopped working because of GR141DG router (Wi-Fi 6) malfunction, and I had to go to the MEO office in Algés myself to replace it. This seems like an unnecessary hassle, especially when I was expecting a more seamless service.

After the replacement, my internet connection was restored, but to my surprise, I was given the GR241AG router (Wi-Fi 5), which is an outdated model compared to the one I had before.

Is it a normal process for MEO?

And now I'm being asked to contact customer support via a paid phone number, my sentiment has dropped even further.
