Hello, we own a property in southern Portugal, and would like to make an appointment to install a fibre internet connection to this property on a certain date (when someone is actually there). What email or phone number can I contact to talk about this? I have found the generic number (+35196100...), but this is portuguese only, and I cannot even get past the AI without getting disconnected.

The number +351 961 001 620, is from Customer Support, serves in Portuguese and English, when contacting say "Talk to an Assistant" to talk to an Assistant and exit the AI
There’s also the field with the callback option on the website, but the field does not fit a german phone number, its too short for whatever reason. My current status: I cannot get past the digital responder on the custom support hotline, and I cannot enter my phone number for a callback as the field does not allow enough digits. Any other options, or a hotline that either directly connects to a human, or is by default in English?
+25Hello, you have to say "Talk to an assistent" but I think that only works in Portuguese.
