incorrect details

I get an SMS from MEO with an appointment date, when I try to change this I get “incorrect number or NIF entered”. I know that the information is correct yet I can’t change my appointment date.  I’ve tried calling customer service but every time I’m left hanging for more than 30 minutes, so I can’t speak to a human
