I have left Portugal and not longer in the country and paid the last May 2025 bill as I had requested that my contract be cancelled on May 25th, 2025. I have not received a letter or an email from MEO on the same. The app is useless. I am out of the country and cannot pay the bills any more. Hope MEO can conclude and close the contract. My only way of contact now is through email which has been registered on the MEO app.

You can check on the myMEO app the status of the request. MEO doesn't have a email, you should call the helplines +351 961 001 620
