I am using a Moche SIM with a contract. Inside my house, I cannot get proper network service. My calls drop most of the time due to network issues. I called customer care, and they said that my area may not be well-covered by MEO or Moche network. However, it is frustrating that such a big and reputed company like MEO has poor coverage in the heart of Lisbon.
So, I would like to grab the attention of the authorities to take care of this issue as early as possible and fulfill the promises you made to satisfy us.
