I created a cancellation request for my TV and Internet services via the My Meo section for the 4th February 2025. It now states “Concluded”, however, I haven’t received any confirmation or contact with regards to it being cancelled, as requested.
Do I take the fact that the request is showing as concluded that the service will cease on the 4th February 2025? No-one has contacted me for the return of the Router or Meo box either?
