I found out today thru a Non Meo support group that they have connected my Optic fiber service with an ADSL router.My speed is 1.6 Mps instead of100 Mps.I have been paying for optic fiber.

I could not understand why movies I watch keep buffering.My contracts end 5th March will definitely not extend.

Hello,
A policy was in effect for the installation of equipment with 100MB Internet capsules in the fiber optic service, in which the installed equipment was Technicolor v3, which is also used in fiber services.
You can open a "fault" through the customer area to try to replace equipment in:
