I have bought a MEO package (internet and TV) for my home in Portugal. Today I received the first monthly bill. I’d like to take part in the “debito direte”, but by trying to get access via internet, the code that is being sent goes to a (portuguese) mobile number that doesn’t exist anymore - thus I can not confirm with that code . In my profile I already updated my new (german) mobile number but the code is still being sent to the old (portuguese) number. Is there another way to join the “debito direte” than this one?
