I requested a meo TV package by phone. They sent me the contract with the wrong tv model. Called them, asked for a new correct contract - no response. The technician came to install service while I was on the phone with customer support who confirmed to proceed with the installation and that the contract would be sent in the next 24 hours. Nobody sent the contract. 

A month passed, calling meo to confirm why i got billed for the contract I never confirmed, while it's not even fulfilled cause the tv in the contract wasn't provided either. An agent seemed very surprised and promised the legal department would call me within a week to solve everything. They did. Asked them to send me the correct contract. They resend the old one.

It can take up to 30 days to receive the subscription offer. 

But it's best to call Customer Support on 16200 (see tariff)

Check your contract on myMEO, if it is not correct you will have to contact the MEO Support Lines or Create a request on myMEO

Membership offers, such as your TV, may take 1 month to be delivered, if you have not received it yet, you should also contact the MEO Support Line
