I have been charged the roaming fee for 60.90 Euro in April this year. But I have never used the service outside Portugal. I was just in Japan for five days with my phone. Why does this happen? No idea. I need a clear explanation. Thanks.

Se foi cobrado roaming, é porque há registos do cartão em redes fora de Portugal e fora do espaço económico europeu.
