non delivery of order

I ordered two new mobile phones from the Meo online store, one for my wife and one for myself this was on 12th December, my wife's was received in two days by DPD and although not delivered to the house left at a collection point in town. However mine was sent with Via Direta I have still not received two weeks later, good service don't you think, the excuse today was " an incident in shipping" used before several times along with nobody home when there has been, I am getting fed up having to stay home so often with no delivery, so how can I get this order delivered.
