My old property management company receives all the bills for the account but I pay them. I no longer have a relationship with the property management company so want to access the account via the website or app myself and retrieve all the bills. However:
- When trying to access via the website I need my customer and account number which I don’t have as the invoices are sent to the management company
- When trying to access via the app, I can’t associate my services as it needs a code sent to the account’s email or phone number which is still at the management company
Any idea how I can work around this?
