Hello, I bought the sim card in Lisbon and left Portugal and I’m now in Hong Kong. Roaming is not working. To register online I need to receive a code, and I can't see it because I'm out of the country. Now what do I do to activate my roaming.
I saw that I need to top up 15 euros to have automatic roaming but I can’t even do the loading since there is no signal with the card here. And bank loading also needs the code.
What can I do to get the roaming? I urgently need to receive bank code. Thank you for your help.
