I have got the QR code and set it up with my phone. It will sit activating for about 15 minutes then gives an error to contact Meo Support.

when I check, Settings/General/About The sim says its not provisioned

Would this be able to be sorted?

Reinicie o telemóvel 


Already done and reset of network setting removed and re added esim.

Issue is on Carrier side
