Hello, I need to contact MEO via email. Is that possible? I have searched for hours on a way to contact them. They have supposedly issued a refund that I haven’t received. I do not know how to get in touch - I am out of the country and cannot call.

I am not able to call from the US. It would be very expensive. I need an email contact. I had asked customer service to use email and I received an email that cannot be replied to.

Create a “request” on your customer area (myMEO).


I have tried to find where to submit something there and cannot find it. Can you please provide detailed instructions?

To create a “request”, you must have a product added to myMEO.
Are you using the right email?


I selected, entered my information and am now in another page. I do not know how to do this. Can you please give where to navigate in english? My web browser translates it


Do you work for MEO? Can you please have someone contact me. I have not received a refund and I received a notice one was sent over a month ago.


It should not take a customer hours to find a way to send a message to a company they pay money to
