hi everyone,
I'm looking for clear instructions on how to terminate my contract early, with October being the last month I pay.
I've tried multiple times to contact customer service through both the website and phone, but it's been nearly impossible to speak to anyone.
As a non-Portuguese speaker, it's been a complete waste of time.

It feels like the system is deliberately set up to avoid providing proper support.
I also tried reaching out via email, only to receive an automated response from Google saying the recipient (MEO) cannot accept new emails because they've reached their quota. Ridiculous!

Can someone provide explicit instructions on how to terminate the contract immediately?
I can’t keep paying for a service that makes things so difficult, it’s honestly the worst service!
