Normally we advise all clients to not maintain or deal with any situations regarding MEO services privately with any manager or assistant, since it may result in unpleasant issues and miscommunication.
In case you need to confirm any information about the cancellation request, you need to use the official support channels (https://www.meo.pt/linhas-apoio).

I've been trying to request a call, but they didn't call to my Spanish phone number.
I cancelled the contract while i still was in Portugal. I also speak on a phone with a person, said it's ok.
They also have taken my equipment (modem).
