Questions on the "Save Season" function and recording in general

We are unable to use the Save Season function, the message received is: At the moment it is not possible to save this content.  Please try again later.  Code 403.

Does anyone know why this is.  What is the point of having this key if the function doesn’t work?

Also, why don’t episodes appear in order?  eg. New Amsterdam.  Episode 9 was shown on 25 Nov.  Episode 10 is tomorrow.  Episodes 1-6 are being shown next Wed 8th December!!!!  Doesn’t make sense.

Howdy,

 

I am abble to save the season of that series at Fox news HD with no problem whatsoever. 

The arrangement of programming, schedules, episodes are the sole responsibility of the channel, not something that MEO has interference or influences. (probably the channel is releasing the episodes/season again).
