Recebi um novo Extender agora há pouco. Porém, abri a caixa e ela está fazendo barulho (acho que tem algo quebrado dentro). Tentei telefonar mas meu português não é bom o suficiente e a operadora não falava inglês.

I have had a new Extender delivered just now. However, I have opened the box and it is rattling (I think there is something broken inside). I tried to telephone but my Portuguese isn’t good enough and the operator didn’t speak English.
