I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received. Despite multiple attempts to contact your support team through the app, phone calls, and in-person visits to your shop, my request to cancel my MEO account has not been resolved. I have not yet received any confirmation email regarding the cancellation. 

This experience has been frustrating and reflects poorly on your customer service. I have already disposed of the SIM card and would appreciate immediate action to confirm the cancellation of my account.
