Terrible Installation and not getting any help

Last saturday (23/04/2023) a guy for fiber came to install everything, but little did we know this was gonna go terrible. This guy has broken a piece of our wall, power sockets, never put sockets back, let broken cables everywhere, let cables lose hanging from the wall, leaving the cable on the roof untied and lose to just fly everywhere, and made false promises, saying he would come back the next day to finish everything but never did. He wanted to drill new holes in the house cause he didn’t wanna use the old ones cause he was lazy and didn’t wanna pull them through the old ones, did not try to speak english or anything. I have called MEO over at least 30 times now and we keep getting the same response that “we will be called back” which is just not happening. on top of the terrible installation we also still do not have the speeds that were promised. We were promised 1000 download and 200 upload and We are only getting 500 download and 100 upload. So to sum it up, Terrible installtion, Rude and lazy person for installation, and not getting promised speeds. I called them multiple times, as said in the post. With basically no solution.
