Hi. Since Monday 22/05, the Windows App “Refinitiv Eikon Messenger” no longer connects through the MEO network.
Refinitiv has a very good support team and have tried everything on their side for hours to arrive at this conclusion.
Using a VPN solves the problem but Refinitiv is not the only software I am using to work and I can’t use a VPN all the time.
MEO support team should try to solve this issue.
