Refinitiv Messenger no longer working on MEO fiber. Support needed

Hi. Since Monday 22/05, the Windows App “Refinitiv Eikon Messenger” no longer connects through the MEO network. 

Refinitiv has a very good support team and have tried everything on their side for hours to arrive at this conclusion. 

Using a VPN solves the problem but Refinitiv is not the only software I am using to work and I can’t use a VPN all the time.

MEO support team should try to solve this issue.

The Refinitive domain seems to be blocked by MEO since Monday.

Hi @monsieur_cedric ,

If you aren't using "private" DNS servers on the device (mobile, laptop or desktop) to acess the app, means that you're using the DNS servers assigned automaticly by the ISP.
Meo doesn't block acess to the use of any apps. We apreciate your feedback, and will try to use the specific aplication on our tests.
