I am moving to Viana do Castelo on Jan. 7, 2025. I would like to begin service for the following: mobile (2 lines), home internet, TV, and utilities such as water, gas and electricity. I have rented an apartment and will move in on Jan. 7. I am still in California, so I would like to find out if there is a way to set up those services in advance?
