I am moving to Viana do Castelo on Jan. 7, 2025. I would like to begin service for the following: mobile (2 lines), home internet, TV, and utilities such as water, gas and electricity. I have rented an apartment and will move in on Jan. 7. I am still in California, so I would like to find out if there is a way to set up those services in advance?

MEO only provides TV, net, landline, mobile phone and electricity services. The water service should be contacted with the respective city company and the gas service with the gas company.
