Hi Meo. We're working in IoT device and trying to enable extended discontinuous reception (edrx) mode. However what is happening is that the network never accepts the settings used. We enables E-DRX with URC for LTE CAT-M1 with cycle of 20,48 seconds and window time of 5,12 seconds. Could you please clarify if your network supports EDRX mode? What are the possible reasons why network never accepts our configuration and does not enable EDRX? Our test location is Porto.
