I want a contract with 1Gbps (M3), went to a MEO store and got a 200mbps M3 last week with the promise as a 'new customer bonus' (with IBAN), it will be upgraded later this week (for free) and we will get also a Extender via ctt. No speed upgrade and no ctt till now… okay litte disappointing that this was maybe it was just an error or not the full truth. I don't know.

Is it possible to upgrade the current contract to a higher tier (with higher monthly price, I know) with 1Gbps? In 'myMEO' i can't find any option.
