I am trying to connect a smart camera in my house and it can only be connect using 2.4ghz wi-fi network. However, when I log in to my router, I can’t seem to turn off 5ghz. It’s saying both the 5ghz and 2.4ghz are ‘on’ but there’s no option to turn them off.
Does anyone know how to temporarily turn off 5ghz in order to connect smart devices?

Ative a rede guest e ligue a essa rede .

Use a app Smart Wifi, selecione o dispositivo (smart camera) e edite a banda de Auto para 2.4Ghz.
Ou então, para desligar o 5Ghz temporáriamente ligue 16209 e peça para desligar o Smart Wifi, depois ja poderá desligar as redes separadamente.

Não me aprece essa versão nem para atualizar, mas se assim for é bom.

A versão é a 2.6.1 e não 2.9 é para já só está disponível em android.
