How are MEO so incompetent? Still getting billed!

Hi there. 

I cancelled my MEO service after much effort. It took three calls because they didn't cancel it properly the first two times. I spent hours on the phone talking to stupid incompetent people... 

This morning... I got another bill/invoice from MEO, despite the fact that they are never meant to bill me again and in fact meant to refund me. 

I'm at a loss. I really don't know how these guys are still in business. Please tell me someone I can email, I'm abroad so I can't call them.

There is no email. You have to call +351 961 001 620 or use the customer area

As I mentioned. I can't call the number because I am abroad and my plan is cancelled. And these fucking useless people have deleted my products so I can't contact them in the customer area. What should I do?
