I cancelled my MEO service after much effort. It took three calls because they didn't cancel it properly the first two times. I spent hours on the phone talking to stupid incompetent people...
This morning... I got another bill/invoice from MEO, despite the fact that they are never meant to bill me again and in fact meant to refund me.
I'm at a loss. I really don't know how these guys are still in business. Please tell me someone I can email, I'm abroad so I can't call them.
