Our internet is broken, because there is a working ongoing outside of the building. It started around 10:30am and still there is no internet. 

Me and my wife are working home office. We need a proof to send to oursupervisors that there is no internet.

We need a decleration for there is no jnternet because of fixing internet. Could you please help me for this situation?
