I was away from home for a day and I've come back to find that my mobile internet on my sim only card is connected to 5G but doesn't allow any other connection to the internet.
I've tried calling customer support but I just got a polite message saying that they appear to be closed right now?
Are they closed for the Christmas period?
I'm a little frustrated because MEO sent me, and charged me for, a mini router that I didn't ask for or need.
Then they tried setting up two contracts in parallel (I only signed one)
And now after about a week of working fine my mobile broadband has stopped working.
Its my main source of internet and I'd kinda like to be able to enjoy it over Christmas. Watch some movirs etc!
