Dear Support,
I am reaching out as I am very unsatisfied with the recent services. Within 3 months I had 3 total internet outages. Lately even twice in two weeks. This is unacceptable as I work from home and choose MEO for its reliability.
Additionally, every time I have an outage I need to wait more than 24h to have it resolved. Costing me a whole day of work.
If this keeps occurring another time I will need to terminate my contract immediately.
