Complaint of network connection and non professional behaviour by MEO

I am not getting internet from around 10 days or more, everytime i am trying to call for complaint i am getting an anser that there is breakdown in your area and we will restore services by tomorrow 8:00 P.M. Everyday same rrsponce and i am still waiting. If you twchnical team is that much unprofeasional at least us that we dont know when the services will restore, at least I can terminate contract with Meo and go to some better network provider. As i amnworking from home, i am suffering a lot. I meed a quick rrsponse as the behaviour is irritating.
