My broadband service hasn’t worked properly for almost 8 months and no matter how many times  I call MEO, they haven’t resolved the issue. They keep taking my money and I’m without proper internet even though I need it professionally. I’m really desperate as I can’t afford to just go to Lazer and pay for a second contract.

MEO to me seems a criminal company charging its customers for services which don’t exist. Is there not an independent body which can help?
