Dear MEO Team, 

I have an internet contract with MEO.

I no longer live in Portugal but my friends were living in the house and using the internet, so we kept the contract.

Unfortunately, due to several water damage in the house they needed to urgently leave the house. Therefore we need to cancel the contract for this house immediately. 

I can not seem to be able use the "my MEO” app, as when trying to associate services, the application is asking me send the code to my old Portuguese phone number which I no longer have.

Can I cancel the contract by letter? Or what are the alternatives?
